Many of us will remember the late 90’s, early 00’s, when K•Swiss hit prominence in the UK. With it’s iconic five stripes, it was the footwear to be seen in. In recent years the brand has spent a little less time in the limelight. This is set to change, as the brand which was itself formed in 1966 by two entrepreneurs, returns to its entrepreneurial roots by launching “The Board”.

Led by famed DJ, producer and entrepreneur, Diplo, “The Board” is a game changing campaign built to inspire and to be led by the next generation of entrepreneurs to bring K•Swiss back to prominence. Diplo will serve as director of a 100 strong board of creative, connected and talented individuals to bring new ideas to the brand.


Successful applicants to “The Board”, will be invited to the program’s members-only website with a six-course curriculum connecting the group with industry insiders. Each insider will lead a discussion session specific to their expertise, and then assign a task to the board that relates to K•Swiss’ business. Members of ‘The Board’ will make real decisions on real projects that K•Swiss will follow. The program will highlight important topics, including: brand positioning, sneaker design, social media promotion and drafting a business plan.
